camping

i have a group of friends that go camping together a couple times a year near Leavenworth. altho i always use this same map to find the campsite, i always manage to miss the exit.

skinninbones

i broke my wrist almost ten years ago. i had to wear a cast of one shape or another for about five months and i had to have pins put in. it sucked.



seeing my old xrays reminded me that theres a skeleton inside, just chillin.

i miss the sun

it was sunny all day, but outside of getting lunch, i spent most of it inside. this picture was taken as i got home from work. 30 minutes later and it was completely dark out.

seattle's had a pretty cold winter so far. its probly the chilliest ive seen it since i moved here 11 years ago. ive had to miss two days from work because the roads were too icy. that is so lame/AWESOME...!

roommate

my old roommate used to come in at 2AM with friends to get drunk and be loud and play xbox. i would make these comics in the morning in like five minutes because i was so sleep deprived and angry, thats why they look like they were drawn by a monkey with a crayon in his ass.

nara

one of the cooler places we visited in japan was nara. it's a tiny little city about an hour train ride from osaka. it has a giant park that has hundreds of free roaming deer that the people consider sacred, and are protected by law.

the deer have learned to bow to people, in hopes of getting crackers fed to them. here, tony gets bum rushed for his loot.

meetin minutes

we have all company meetings at work every week. these are the insightful notes i took.

dan and lisa

went out to dinner with some friends on friday nite; it was Lisa's birthday. then the next day jesse and i saw her, dan, and dan at pho.

lisa had pointed out that we always seem to run into each other at restaurants. this was the third instance in a couple weeks.

i took this sunrise picture from my car with my cel phone cam. i was parked at my gym and decided to go for a walk instead of heading into a crowded room to lift heavy things over my head.

this is the front yard of a place i rented in college. i never got to finish the picture before i moved.

i went to dinner tonite with matty and The Ker. She gave me a new scarf as a late christmas present. matt told me he felt left out and wanted to be in my blog.

this picture was taken beneath the 99 bridge last sunday after lunch.

snow day

it was icy as hell today. i tried to get down John street but it was all ice. i ended up parking my car and walking home.
